My experience

Leading, mentoring and working with teams in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific has made me curious about the secret ingredient for successful team work and innovation.

Why do some teams struggle to achieve results while others thrive and continuously reinvent themselves, especially in times of crisis? After all, businesses often do all the right things on paper (foosball table, anyone?).
 
Strong teams are built on connection, trust and belonging.
They require continuous repetition of behaviours that strengthen the bond, and immediate identification of those that poison the soil.

As an entrepreneur turned management consultant and now executive, I have spent the past decade observing and deciphering leadership behaviours, team dynamics and the cultures they create.

 

These learnings have become my playbook for cohesive culture and I'm using it day to day to help Innovation teams work better -
team by team, venture by venture.
